WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
Your jewelry is precious and does require some care and attention on a daily basis. We at EF Collection recommend the following tips to keep your pieces looking their best:
HOW DO I FIND MY RING SIZE?
Remove all jewelry when washing your hands, putting on perfume, or applying face cream. These products may cause the metal to tarnish.
- Avoid contact with household detergents as these may be too harsh on the metal.
- Avoid putting your jewelry near sources of intense heat such as tanning beds, hot tubs, etc.
- Avoid wearing jewelry at the gym, at the beach, swimming in the pool, or during any active sports. These environments could cause irreparable dents, scratches, or loosen diamonds.
- Most importantly enjoy your EFC jewelry!
We carry sizes 6-8 for most rings. Certain rings are available in size 5 and pinky rings are available in size 3.5. All other full and half sizes are available for custom order. Please be advised that all custom orders require prepayment in full, have a lead time of 5-6 weeks, and are final sale. There is an incremental price difference per size increase after size 8.

At EF Collection quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate. If you should experience the need for a repair on any EF Collection jewelry item please email email@example.com. Please make sure to reference your Name, Order Number and Repair Issue.
EF Collection will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 6 months of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 6 months or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES / CANCELATIONS
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We at EF Collection want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We allow you to return items within 7 business days after you receive your product. We will issue a refund minus the shipping charges. Items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Please note that when you place a special order, you have committed to that item. Special orders are outside the scope of regular designed production and are both non-refundable and non-exchangeable from the time the order is placed. Special Orders may be canceled only within 48 hours of being placed.
Our Repairs Processing Center only accepts repairs for items purchased on efcollection.com. Repairs for items purchased at one of our Retailers must be returned through the original point of purchase and cannot be accepted through the efcollection.com Returns Processing Center. Please refer to our Jewelry Care Instructions for tips on how to keep your EF Collection jewels in tip-top condition.
Once an order has been placed it may be cancelled in a timely manner by simply contacting us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number which is sent to you after you purchase has been made. Should the item have been shipped before cancellation was received, the credit policy will apply.
Regular orders may be canceled anytime prior to shipping. If you wish to cancel an order after shipping please refer to our Returns & Exchanges section for return instructions. We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges for items canceled once they have been shipped.
For cancelled orders placed using our free shipping option, customer will be responsible for any shipping charges we incur to ship your package, if package has been shipped prior to notification of cancellation. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
PAYMENTS / SHIPPING
WHAT IS THE COST FOR SHIPPING IN THE UNITED STATES?
EF Collection offers free ground shipping on all US orders with the exception of two items. Due to shipping minimums our jewelry cleaner and necklace chain extender is excluded from free shipping. Our linen stud display qualifies for free shipping if purchased with an item from the collection. 2-Day shipping is an additional $25, next day air is an additional $50. All shipments are sent via FedEx insured and require a direct signature. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Orders may be placed online at www.efcollection.com at any time. Orders will be confirmed within 24-48 hours by a sales representative. Most items will ship immediately, provided the items are in stock. If an item is not in stock, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery times for items not in stock are between 5-6 weeks. If the item is ready before the allotted window, the item will ship as soon as it is complete. You will be notified via email when your order ships and will be provided with tracking details.
Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer than the allotted time window. A sales representative will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
EF Collection accepts most major credit cards including American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover. We also accept Pay Pal which is the most secure and confidential method available commercially.
DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
No, you are not required to have a Pay Pal account to shop with us.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF A PRODUCT IS ON BACKORDER?
There may be times when an item you wish to order is on backorder. Backorder simply means that the product is out of stock. We will contact you to let you know an item is backordered and let you know the approximate lead time. We will let you know once the item is back in stock and ready to ship.
DO YOU PROVIDE GIFT WRAPPING?
All EF Collection purchases come in our signature EF Collection pouch and gift box.
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
All orders shipped within the state of California will be charged the tax rate of 9%. All orders shipped outside the state of California as well as internationally will not be charged sales tax.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR REPAIRS?

EF Collection will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 120 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 120 days or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.
