WHAT IS THE COST FOR SHIPPING IN THE UNITED STATES?
EF Collection offers free shipping on all US orders with the exception of several items. Due to shipping minimums our jewelry accessories
(i.e. chain extender, stud display, foam cleanser, and jewelry pouch) are excluded from free shipping and have a standard rate of $10 when purchased alone,
these items can qualify for free shipping when purchased with another item. In addition, we also offer 2-Day shipping at $25 as well as Next Day Air at $50
for anywhere in the United States. All shipments are sent via FedEx insured and require a direct signature. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Orders are confirmed within 24-48 hours by our concierge. Most items ship immediately, provided the item(s) is in stock. If an item(s) is on backorder,
our concierge will contact you with an estimated delivery date. If your order is ready before the estimated date, the item will ship as soon as it is complete.
You will receive an email once your order ships with tracking information.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept most major credit cards including American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
We also accept Pay Pal which is the most secure and confidential method available commercially.
DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
No, you are not required to have a Pay Pal account to shop with us.
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
All orders shipped within the state of California will be charged the tax rate of 9.5%.
All orders shipped outside the state of California as well as internationally will not be charged sales tax.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF A PRODUCT IS ON BACKORDER?
There may be times when an item(s) you wish to order is on backorder. Backorder simply means that the product is out of stock.
Our concierge will contact you should an item(s) you ordered is on backorder. Lead time is case dependent.
DO YOU PROVIDE GIFT WRAPPING?
All EF Collection purchases come in our signature EF Collection gift box.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We at EF Collection want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We allow merchandise to be returned within 7 business
days after you receive your product. Please fill out our "Not In Love" card enclosed with every EF Collection order. Be sure to provide your
Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. If your return is approved you will receive an email notifying you that the return has been
processed and you will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error.
We do not accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than EFCollection.com
Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and returned to sender.
Please note that when you place a special order, you have committed to that item. Special orders are both non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Special Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed.
Once an order has been placed it may be cancelled any time before your item has shipped. Please contact us directly at email@example.com
with your order number in the subject line. Should the item ship before we receive your request, the order can no longer be cancelled.
We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges for items cancelled once they have been shipped.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
Your jewelry is precious and does require some care and attention on a daily basis. We recommend the following tips to keep your pieces looking their best:
Remove all jewelry when washing your hands, putting on perfume, or applying face cream. These products may cause the metal to tarnish.
- Avoid contact with household detergents.
- Avoid putting your jewelry near sources of intense heat such as tanning beds, hot tubs, etc.
- Avoid wearing jewelry at the gym, the beach, swimming in the pool, or during any active sports.
These environments could cause irreparable dents, scratches, or loosen diamonds.
HOW DO I FIND MY RING SIZE?
We carry sizes 6-8 for most rings. Certain rings are available in size 5 and pinky rings are available in size 3.5. All other full and half sizes
are available for custom order. Please be advised that all custom orders require prepayment in full, have a lead time of 5-6 weeks, and are final sale.
There is an incremental price difference per size increase after size 8.Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request your custom sized ring.

At EF Collection quality and craftsmanship is of our utmost concern. However, jewelry by its very nature is delicate. We can only accept repairs
for items purchased on EFCollection.com. Repairs for items purchased at one of our Retailers must be returned through the original point of purchase.
Pricing for repairs vary depending on the style. To request a repair please email our concierge at email@example.com with your original order number
and a photo of the item you wish to repair.
EF Collection will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 6 months of receipt of purchase.
Repairs needed after 6 months or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense.
