What Is Your Return Policy?
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer free shipping on returns. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, excluding all shipping fees. We only accept returns for merchandise purchased from efcollection.com. Merchandise showing any signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be accepted and returned to sender. Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Items purchased from our “Last Look” Collection & EF Collection X Orly collaboration are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
 
When Will My Item Ship?
Most orders ship within 24 hours providing stock availability. If an item is sold out or on backorder, our concierge will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
We does not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday or company observed holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day
How Long Does It Take For A Custom Order To Ship?
All custom orders have a lead time of 7-8 weeks.

How Long Does An Order With Engraving Take To Ship?
Please allow 10 business day for orders with engraved pieces to be shipped.

Do I Need To Sign For My Package?
All orders from efcollection.com require a direct signature upon delivery.

How Do I Request A Repair?
We can only accept repairs for items purchased on efcollection.com. Repairs for items purchased at one of our retailers must be handled directly through the original point of purchase.

Pricing for repairs vary depending on severity of damage. To request repair information please email our concierge at
info@efcollection.com with your original order number and a photo of your damaged item. EF Collection will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 6 months of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 6 months or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair fee.
