Items purchased from EFcollection.com may be accepted for return or exchange within 7 days from when you receive your order.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unworn, unaltered items in original packaging and purchased from EFCollection.com.
Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, damage, or purchased from a third party retailer will not be accepted and returned to sender.
Please fill out our "Not In Love" card enclosed with every EF Collection order. Be sure to provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return.
If your return is approved you will receive an email notifying you that the return has been processed and you will be credited for the purchase price of your item.
We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error.
Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. For returns on items that were shipped using priority shipping methods,
you will be credited the purchase price of the item only. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
Items marked Special Order are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged as well as items purchased from our "Last Look" collection.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and credited to the original form of payment.
Once an order has been placed it may be cancelled any time before your item has shipped. Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
with your order number in the subject line. Should the item ship before we receive your request, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Special orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed. After this time period the order is no longer refundable and cannot be exchanged.
We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges for items cancelled once they have been shipped.
