Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied to orders shipped within California in accordance with current state and local tax regulations. Orders shipped outside of California, including international orders, are not subject to California sales tax.
Please note that international orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Do you offer special financing?
Yes. Through Affirm, you can enjoy flexible payment options, including the ability to pay over time with monthly installments.
Simply select Affirm at checkout to view available plans and complete a quick eligibility check. Rates range from 0% APR to 36% APR based on creditworthiness. Payment options are subject to eligibility and may vary by purchase amount.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Shop, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
When checking out with either Apple Pay or Google Pay, please input your discount code prior to entering your shipping and billing address details.
When will I be charged for my pre-order?
Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase. Please allow approximately 8–10 weeks for your item to ship. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Why can't I use multiple discount codes?
At this time, only one promotion or discount code may be applied per order. If you need help placing your order, please contact our Customer Care team at info@efcollection.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your EF Collection purchase. We gladly accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging.
To initiate a return for a full refund, please visit our Returns Portal. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
To start an exchange, please contact our Customer Care team at info@efcollection.com.
Please note the below exceptions:
- Personalized jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items from our Last Look (Sale) Collection, EF Home Collection, and Bespoke Collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift Sets may be returned within 7 days of delivery. If you choose to keep one or more items from a Gift Set, the original 15% bundle savings will no longer apply, and your refund will be adjusted accordingly. Gift Set discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.
- If you choose to utilize a return shipping label generated by our returns portal or our team member, a $25.00 return shipping label fee will be deducted from your return.
- If you use a prepaid return label provided through our Returns Portal or by a member of our team, a $25 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Returned items must be securely packaged in their original packaging. EF Collection is not responsible for items damaged during return transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return has been received and approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed and credited to your original form of payment.
If you do not see your refund after 7 business days, we recommend contacting your financial institution for additional information.
Please note that return shipping is not complimentary at this time. If you use a prepaid return label provided through our Returns Portal or by our Customer Care team, return shipping fees may apply.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please email info@efcollection.com and include your order number.
If your order has already shipped before we receive your request, it can no longer be canceled. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Custom and made-to-order pieces may be changed or canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
How do I book a showroom appointment?

If I am not in Los Angeles, how do I try on EF pieces in person?
If you're unable to visit our Los Angeles showroom, you can find EF Collection in person at authorized retail partners around the world. To find a store near you, email our Customer Care team info@efcollection.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Do your pieces come with a warranty?
EF Collection stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. We offer a warranty against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase.
If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Care team at info@efcollection.com with your order number and photos of the item for evaluation.
Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, theft, improper care, unauthorized repairs, or damage resulting from misuse.
How do I request a repair?
Quality and craftsmanship are at the heart of everything we create. While fine jewelry is designed to be worn and enjoyed, occasional repairs may be needed over time.
If you purchased your EF Collection piece directly from our website, please contact us at info@efcollection.com and include your order number along with photos of the item. Our team will review your request and advise on the next steps.
If your piece was purchased through one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer directly for assistance with your repair inquiry.
How much does a repair cost?
Repair costs vary depending on the nature of the repair and the condition of the piece. To receive an assessment, please email info@efcollection.com with your order number and photos of the item.
If your piece has experienced a manufacturer defect within 1 year of purchase, we will repair it at no charge.
Repairs requested after 1 year from the date of purchase, or those determined to be the result of normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse, may be subject to a repair fee. Our team will provide a quote before any work is performed.
How can I determine my ring size?
The most accurate way to determine your ring size is to visit a local jeweler for a professional measurement or to use a ring sizer.
If that's not possible, please refer to our printable Ring Size Guide for at-home sizing instructions. While the guide can help you estimate your size, it may not be as precise as an in-person measurement.

Can you make custom ring sizes?
We are pleased to offer custom ring sizing for select styles. If your desired size is not currently available on our website, please contact us at info@efcollection.com for assistance.
Custom-sized rings are made to order, require approximately 8–10 weeks for production, and are final sale.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To preserve the beauty of your EF Collection pieces, we recommend the following care guidelines:
- Clean your jewelry every few months using our Foaming Jewelry Cleaner, which is safe for all metals and gemstones.
- Remove jewelry before washing your hands, applying skincare or fragrance, or using household cleaning products.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to high heat, including saunas, hot tubs, and tanning beds.
- Remove jewelry before exercising, swimming, or visiting the beach to help prevent scratches, dents, and damage to gemstones.
- When not being worn, store your pieces in a soft, cool, dry place. Our Travel Pouch is designed to keep your jewelry protected wherever you go.
With proper care, your EF Collection jewelry can be enjoyed for years to come.
What are your shipping options?
We offer complimentary shipping on qualifying U.S. orders:
- Complimentary 2-Day Shipping on continental U.S. orders over $250
- Complimentary Ground Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska on orders over $500
For qualifying orders, expedited Next Day Air shipping is available for $60. Please note our shipping cut off is 2pm PST. If orders are placed after that it will ship the following business day.
If your order is placed on a Friday and you’ve selected Next Day Air, your shipment will arrive on Monday.
Additional shipping rates:
- Jewelry orders under $250 (continental U.S.): $10 shipping fee
- Jewelry orders under $500 (Hawaii and Alaska): $50 shipping fee
Please note that complimentary 2-Day Shipping is provided via FedEx and refers to business days only. Delivery is expected within 2 business days from the date your package is accepted by the carrier.
When will my order ship?
In-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Pre-order and made-to-order items require approximately 8–10 weeks for production before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Please note that complimentary 2-Day Shipping refers to transit time after your order has shipped and is available within the continental U.S. via FedEx. Delivery is expected within 2 business days from the date your package is accepted by the carrier and does not include weekends or holidays.
How long does it take for a personalized piece to ship?
Each personalized piece is made especially for you. Please allow approximately 8–10 weeks for production before your order ships.
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
How long does an engraved order take to ship?
Engraved pieces are personalized to order and require approximately 3 weeks for production before shipment.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Do I need to sign for my package?
To help ensure the safe delivery of your order, all purchases over $250 require a direct signature upon delivery.
If you prefer to waive the signature requirement, please leave a note during checkout. By waiving this service, you acknowledge that EF Collection cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after delivery.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order has already been placed, delivery address changes may be managed directly through FedEx. We recommend creating a free account at FedEx.com to access available delivery management options for your shipment.
Please note that once an order has been processed, EF Collection may be unable to modify the shipping address.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that we are currently unable to ship to Mexico, India, Sweden, Italy, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Lebanon, Laos, Honduras, Guatemala, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Burkina Faso, South Africa, Spain, and Brazil.
If your order includes made-to-order, personalized, or pre-order items, your order will ship once all items are ready.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every EF Collection order arrives in our signature packaging, with the exception of accessories.
If your purchase is a gift, please leave a note at checkout and we will gladly include an EF Collection shopping bag. You may also include a personalized gift message in the order notes (up to 50 characters).
Can I get a refund on duties and taxes for my international order?
Duty and tax refunds are subject to the customs regulations of the destination country and cannot be guaranteed by EF Collection.
If you return an international order or your shipment is canceled, you may be eligible to apply for a refund of duties and taxes directly through your local customs authority. Eligibility, documentation requirements, and processing times vary by country.
We recommend retaining all documentation related to your order, including proof of payment and return tracking information, as these may be required when submitting a refund request.
What is EF Package Protection?
EF Package Protection is optional shipping insurance available at checkout for added peace of mind.
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we'll replace your order and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What materials do you use in your jewelry?
At EF Collection, we use only premium materials designed to be worn and loved for years to come. Our jewelry is crafted in solid 14k gold and handset with diamonds, precious and semi-precious gemstones, and enamel.
Our diamonds are carefully selected and feature SI1–SI2 clarity and G–H color grades.
Is all of your jewelry made in 14k gold?
Yes. Every EF Collection piece is crafted in solid 14k gold, chosen for its beauty, durability, and everyday wearability.
We also offer select Bespoke creations in solid 18k gold and platinum. We never create plated, filled, or vermeil styles because we believe fine jewelry should be designed to last a lifetime.
Does your gold tarnish?
EF Collection jewelry is crafted in solid 14k gold and designed to be worn every day. Unlike plated jewelry, solid gold is highly resistant to tarnishing.
Over time, exposure to lotions, perfumes, skincare products, and natural oils may affect your jewelry's appearance or reduce its shine. To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend occasional cleaning and proper care.
Our Foaming Jewelry Cleaner offers an easy and effective way to maintain the beauty and brilliance of your jewelry.
What’s the difference between precious and semi-precious gemstones?
Gemstones are traditionally classified into two categories: precious and semi-precious.
Diamonds, emeralds, sapphires, and rubies are considered precious gemstones. All other gemstones are classified as semi-precious.
Historically, this distinction was based on a combination of rarity, durability, and value rather than beauty. Today, many semi-precious gemstones are highly sought after for their unique colors and characteristics, making them just as special in their own way.
Are your diamonds natural?
Yes. All EF Collection diamonds are natural, one-of-a-kind stones formed by nature over millions of years.
We are committed to responsible sourcing and use only diamonds that adhere to the Kimberley Process, an international certification system designed to prevent the trade of conflict diamonds.
Our diamonds are carefully selected for their quality and brilliance, with SI1–SI2 clarity and G–H color grades. We prioritize beautifully white, eye-clean stones with exceptional sparkle.
Natural Diamonds vs. Lab-Grown Diamonds: What's the Difference?
Natural and lab-grown diamonds share the same chemical composition and physical properties. The primary difference is their origin.
Natural diamonds are formed within the earth over billions of years, making each stone a unique product of nature. Lab-grown diamonds are created in a controlled laboratory environment using advanced technology.
