Once an order has been placed it may be cancelled at any time before your item has shipped. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line. Should your order ship before we receive your request, the order can no longer be cancelled. We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges for order cancelled once they have been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer free shipping on returns. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, excluding all shipping fees.
We only accept returns for merchandise purchased from efcollection.com. Merchandise showing any signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be accepted and returned to sender. Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Items purchased from our "Last look" collection & EF Collection x Orly collaboration are Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
To return an item for a full refund or exchange, please fill out the Not In Love card that was included in your order and enclose it with the merchandise you wish to return. Please make sure your return is packed securely in its original packaging as we are not responsible for any damages incurred during transit. Once your return has been received and accepted you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and credited to the original form of payment.

All international orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours via Fedex priority insured. A total landed cost of shipping, duties, & taxes is calculated and collected at checkout.
If you refuse a shipment that has already been processed and shipped, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, and the cost of returning the package to EF Collection. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Quality and craftsmanship is our utmost concern. However, jewelry by nature is delicate. We can only accept repairs for items purchased on efcollection.com Repairs for items purchased at one of our retailers must be handled directly through the original point of purchase.
Pricing for repairs vary depending of damage. To request repair information please email our concierge at email@example.com with your original order number and a photo of your damaged item. We will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within six months of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 6 months or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair fee.
We offer complimentary ground shipping on all continental US orders with the exception of our jewelry accessories. Chain extenders, earring backs, jewelry pouches, catchalls, and our foaming cleanser are excluded from free shipping and have a standard shipping rate of $10 when purchased alone.
We offer expedited 2-Day shipping ($25) and Next Day Air ($50) for orders within the continental US. Orders shipping to Hawaii, or Alaska, we offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $500. If your order is under $500, a $50 shipping fee will be applied.
All shipments require a direct signature and we do not ship to PO boxes. Any and all shipping charges due to bounced or undeliverable packages is the responsibility of the receiver of goods.
All orders shipped within the state of California will be charged the current tax rate of 9.5%. All orders shipped outside the state of California or internationally will not be charged sales tax.

Custom orders placed have a lead time of 7-8 weeks. Once your custom order has been placed, you have 48 hours should you have a change of heart or want to cancel your order. Please note all custom orders are Final Sale.
