All full priced merchandise purchased from efcollection.com is eligible for a return within 7 days after its delivery. Merchandise showing any signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be accepted and returned to sender.
Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Items purchased from our “Last look” collection, EF Collection x Orly collaboration, and XO Candle are Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
To return an item for a full refund or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal to start your return. If you do not want to do this online, please fill out the return/exchange form at the bottom of your order invoice and enclose it with the merchandise you wish to return/exchange. Please make sure your return is packed securely in its original packaging as we are not responsible for any damages incurred during transit.
Once your return has been received and accepted you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and credited to the original form of payment.
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer free shipping on returns or exchanges. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, excluding all shipping fees.
